HEADLINE: Cougar 5K supports Food For The Hungry
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — The 10th annual Cougar 5K Run/Walk will benefit Food For The Hungry as Mount Vernon Nazarene University celebrates Homecoming.
The run/walk starts at the R.R. Hodges Chapel lawn, Saturday, Nov. 16, at 9 a.m. Registration begins at 8 a.m.
To register online, visit https://homecoming.mvnu.edu/ and click on “Cougar 5K.” Cost is $20 for adults, and $10 for students through Nov. 15. Registration on Nov. 16 will cost $25 for adults and $15 for students. Participants will receive an MVNU knit hat.
MVNU and WNZR are proud partners of FFTH, which raises funds to fight hunger and provide emergency client services through the Salvation Army and Interchurch Social Services.
