Why Collect Money?
Did you know $1.00 equals $4.56 in buying power at Mid-Ohio Food Collective? That means that donating to Food For The Hungry will stretch your dollar and enable Knox County organizations to help families put food on the table for the holidays and all year round! This is a wonderful service project for your club to support during the holidays and every participating club will be recognized during Food For The Hungry LIVE - the live broadcast on December 12th.
How does it work?
1. You may start collecting money right now! Ends December 8, 2025.
2. Deliver funds in an envelope to WRP CPAs, 1684 Venture Drive, Suite B, Mount Vernon. Funds must be turned in by December 8, so WRP CPAs can count the money and announce the winning club.
3. Mark the envelope with your organization’s name and write that the funds are for Food For The Hungry.
4. WRP will notify Director Kathy Brechler at Food For The Hungry which club collected the most funds. The winning club will send one representative to the live broadcast at the Memorial Building on Friday, December 12. All clubs will be recognized; however, the winner will attend the broadcast!
