Below is a list of the different Food For The Hungry collections hosted by the Knox County community.
Public Library
The Public Library of Mount Vernon and Knox County is collecting non-perishable food, personal care items, pet food, and pet supplies to support Food For The Hungry and the Humane Society. Bring in your donation to any PLMVKC branch from October 12 through December 4, 2026.
Elvis' lost brother
Elvis' Lost Brother will be performing at Rural King on Saturday, December 4, from 2-4 PM. He will be accepting monetary and food donations to benefit Food For The Hungry. He will be in the front entrance area of Rural King. If someone makes a donation, they can make a song request.
